So just call me Betty Crocker. I went a little crazy and made everything with one of our Halloween Pumpkins we never ended up carving. :) It was a long Saturday indeed! It was full of baking and doing dishes. (Haha sometimes I do wish we had a dishwasher.) So, let's see what happened!!!

Yes, I copied the way people do baby food so they are easier pieces to use later. I froze two trays and then two bags of it.
1) Pumpkin Banana Bread & Muffins
2) Pumpkin Seeds Baked
3) Pumpkin Bars, not frosted yet
The end! Jeff said the pumpkin bars were the best dessert I've ever made. Sweet eh?

Yeah, I think once a year I can manage using the whole pumpkin! It's so yummy!
