Bishop Takemori
We had a tragedy in our ward recently. Our dear, sweet Bishop passed away. He was young and healthy but had heart complications and suddenly left us. He is the best Bishop I've had and we have only been in the ward since the middle of August! He was a man of great love and service. Jeff and I felt so lucky to have him as our Bishop. He had already visited us in our homes two times, given us callings, told us he loved us, and was already our dear friend in the few short months we had known him. He is easily on the other side doing the Lord's work because there is no other reason that he would be taken from this earth, unless it was because he was truly needed on the other side for something greater. The Lord's timing is perfect and that is what we can trust in. The funeral was the saddest but most optimistic funeral I have attended. All of his kids bore testimony of the place where he is at now and how they will see him again, even his less active kids. Life is pretty crazy sometimes and things totally unexpected can happen. My prayers go out to his family. They are wonderful people and I know they will make it through this! Love you Bishop!
